Fell in love with this skin care line I had to buy the book! Such great tips on not only face and body care but whole being care. To what your body truly needs to what foods are best to live and longer healthier life. The philosophy of less is more is truly inspiring. I didn’t know I could use my own skin to heal itself. Very enlightening book. Would recommend.

A definite must read!!!! I knew about the “less is more” mantra but reading it in depth and learning about Japanese culture and using it in my day to day living has truly improved my physical and mental health. I don’t follow it verbatim but I do try and use basic elements in my day to day life.
